Foaming Blood is a solo project of Jaka Vatovec (Forged Relics, ex Leechfeast) and this is his first solo release. The tape is comprised of two tracks, both originating as soundtracks for two longer still-image videos, made of analog photos — False Magic and Cerberus — which were part of his False Magic project. Thematically, the project deals with obsessive-compulsive disorder, encompassing two exhibitions in January of 2024 — False Magic 3 at ŠKUC Gallery and False Magic 9 at Alkatraz Gallery in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
