Falsos Techos is an ethereal, six-track EP by Canary Islands-based musician Daniel Benavides, released on June 15, 2021, via Beso De Muerte. Blending elements of goth, darkwave, minimal synth, and post-punk, the record delivers a dazed, new romantic sound. Benavides combines bright, hazy synths with vulnerable, honest vocals, balancing melancholic undertones with a palpable sense of hope and dreamlike optimism that lingers until the final track, "Ni Te Recuerdo".
